Airport transfer rates are one-way per trip; a separate return trip is a second fare. Riding along to meet someone’s flight and coming back together the same day (Wait & Return) is one airport fare for the round trip plus waiting time at $20/hour after the first 30 minutes. ⚠️ Important: A one-way long-distance trip is billed for round-trip drive time, since the vehicle has to return empty — a 2-hour drive is billed as 4 hours. On a same-day round trip (drop-off and a later pickup), each leg is billed for its actual one-way time instead; if there's real wait time between your drop-off and your return pickup, that's billed separately at $20/hour, with the first 30 minutes free. All drive time is rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. We're always upfront about this — no surprises.
Trips with stops: when your driver takes you to one place, waits, and goes on to the next (an appointment, then errands, then home), driving is billed at $25/hour and waiting at your stops at $20/hour, with a $20 minimum. Driving time is rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. Waiting is rounded up to the next 15 minutes. If your pickup or final drop-off is outside Bryan–College Station, the drive out to you or back home counts as driving. You can add stops on the way there and, on a round trip, on the way back. On a Wait & Return with stops, the wait between the two trips follows the usual Wait & Return rule (first 30 minutes free). Add your stops with “+ Add a stop” on the booking form to see your estimate.
For a shared ride with multiple pickups or drop-offs, we automatically work out the most efficient order to keep the total drive time — and your fare — as low as possible. Estimated tolls (using our TxTag rate) are shown separately from your fare, never built into it.
Groups of more than four people, or trips with a large amount of luggage, will require us to rent an appropriately sized vehicle. The rental cost is passed on to the rider, and the hourly rate may be higher than our standard rate. Contact us ahead of time so we can quote the right vehicle for your trip.
Splitting a long trip with other Aggies heading the same way? Check "Willing to Share" when you book — if we notice another rider headed the same way at a similar time, we'll personally reach out to see if you'd like to split the fare.

Game-day rates apply on the day of each Aggie home football game. Each one-way local ride is one flat fare, so a round trip is two. Waiting time stays $20/hour, and airport transfers keep their regular flat rates. The booking form shows the game-day price automatically.
Special pricing may also apply during other high-demand events such as graduation weekends and major College Station events. Contact us in advance to discuss availability and rates — we recommend booking early as spots fill quickly!
Peak dates have a longer free-cancellation window and a deposit for larger trips. Airport transfers are paid in full to confirm, and refunded if you cancel in time. See our Cancellation Policy.
